We're not breaking records but the dollar is just gathering some mild momentum as we head towards the US session

USDJPY touching a new session high at 104.81 and it's been on the climb for most of the morning.
Look for the normal resistance ahead of 105.00 and then around 105.15/20.
USDJPY H4 chart
Support sits back down at 104.60 and 104.30.
Dollar buying is picking up against most pairs now with cable ducking under 1.2400 once more and EURUSD heading back towards the 1.1030 lows.
We've little on the data calendar to get excited about but have the Fed's Charles Evans speaking at 12.45 GMT but it's being noted that there's no text due or media Q&A. JOLTS is up at 15.00 GMT. IT's doubtful that the market will be interested anyway as we'll be watching polling stations not data from here on out.
