• Nissan has had more insight into the Brexit strategy than governments in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
• Joining the article 50 case is not an attempt to frustrate the will of people in Wales and England

The comments come as the Scottish government earlier announced plans to apply to intervene in the Brexit legal case at the Supreme court.

Today also kicked off the start of the Northern Ireland case in court and the judge has so far made no ruling, and has said that there may be further hearings needed Thursday and Friday.

This whole Brexit thing will get muddier and muddier before it becomes clearer.
